Archipelago, Salamandra Armor series is inspired byA part of the Archipelago series. Zoom in interpretation of terrazzo surfaces. The terrazzo pieces are extra large and resemble scattered islands on a map. The terrazzo surface is achieved by using special blends of colored porcelain, broken into chips of various sizes, and incorporated by hand into the porcelain body during casting. The pattern varies significantly from piece to piece since we arrange the chips intuitively. Slip cast porcelain. Inner
